The whole city wakes up one day feeling angry and in a bad mood, also professor Balthazar. Bakers, policemen, chimney sweepers and old ladies argue with each other for no apparent reason. The professor finally develops a machine that will blow away a big angry cloud in the sky that has covered the sun.
