Patricio Escartín Murillo is a film director, most recently known for directing The Noise of Time (2024), a documentary short film that explores the conflict between tradition and modernity in the town of Xoco, Mexico City, and the Mítikah commercial complex. The film has been selected at over 15 festivals worldwide and received multiple nominations and distinctions, including El Universal's mention of "The Best of Mexican Cinema 2024."
