Yan Revazov

Yan Revazov was born near the Black Sea in Russia in 1980. He studied at the Bolshoi Ballet School of Dance in Moscow and became a professional ballet dancer. His love of photography began at only nine years old when he transformed his bedroom into a darkroom after finding a Zorki at home. In his ballet-dancing career, he took photos during performances on stage and behind the scenes and when an injury forced him to retire, he became a full-time photographer.
